Nationwide is pleased to announce we are making significant improvements to our finance function which will improve the customer and supplier experience when dealing with Nationwide.
As the UK’s largest dedicated vehicle repair group, it is critical that we constantly evolve and improve to maintain our market-leading position and to ensure our key partners receive excellent service.
Therefore as from the 1 July 2011, every key financial operation supporting Nationwide Crash Repair Centres will be handled by one centralised finance team which will be based in Bristol.
The centralised function will enable improved sales and purchase ledger processes, a more expedient credit control system and a streamlined resolution process. We are also implementing a change to a new state-of-the-art accounting software system which will be fully integrated with our single business operating platform, Voyager.
